Walked home from work. 8km/5mi. 1hr 15m. Worst thing about having been in army cadets is that since then, whenever I’m walking somewhere by myself, my pace doesn’t ever decrease below a certain rate. One foot in front of the other until you get there, THEN YOU CAN GRACEFULLY PASS OUT. Or in my case, blog about it.
